Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to https://amdtrust.org/ and your donations to AL MAISARAH DIALYSIS & DIABETES TRUST.

1) Use of Website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse any features. We may update content, suspend functions, or restrict access without notice.

2) Donations & Payments

  • Online donations are processed via PayFast and participating banks/wallets.
  • You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and the information you provide is accurate.
  • We don’t store full card/bank details on our servers.
  • Receipts: Digital donation receipts are sent to your email/SMS.
  • Recurring Donations: If you opt in, you authorize us (and PayFast) to charge your chosen method at the chosen interval until you cancel.

3) Programs & Allocation

We aim to honor your selected cause. Where not feasible (e.g., overfunding, urgent crises), we may reallocate to urgent/related needs to maximize impact.

4) Refunds/Cancellations

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5) Communications & Consent

By sharing your details, you consent to receive operational messages (receipts, notices). You may opt in/out of updates and newsletters at any time.

6) Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to AMD Trust. You may not copy or reuse without prior consent.

7) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or payment services. Nothing limits liability for fraud or where prohibited by law.

8) Compliance

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or prohibited activities. We may conduct due diligence or decline payments where required.

9) Third-Party Services

Payment processing and some features are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies may apply.

10) Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts at Karachi, Sindh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage amicable resolution via info@amdtrust.org before escalation.
