Refund Policy

As a charitable organization, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we recognize mistakes can happen.

1) Donation Errors

If you made a payment in error (wrong amount, duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction), please email info@amdtrust.org or call 021-34125563 within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Donor name, amount, date/time, and payment reference (from your bank).
• Reason for refund request.

Upon verification, we may issue a partial or full refund to the original payment method. Bank/wallet processing times apply.

2) Recurring Donations

You can cancel or modify a recurring donation any time before the next scheduled charge by contacting us at info@amdtrust.org. If a recurring charge was taken after a timely cancellation request, we will refund that charge upon verification.

3) Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first to resolve issues quickly. If a chargeback is raised, we’ll provide supporting documentation to the payment provider.

4) Non-Refundable Cases

• Donations already utilized in project disbursements or emergency interventions.
• Tax-deducted donations where reversal is restricted by law (where applicable).

5) Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days; your bank/wallet may require additional time to credit.
