We do not ship physical goods. Upon a successful online donation:
- On-Screen Confirmation: You’ll see a payment success message with your reference.
- Email/SMS Receipt: A digital receipt/acknowledgment is sent to your registered email/number within minutes.
- Donation Allocation: Funds are allocated to the program you selected (e.g., Zakat, Education). If a program is fully funded or paused, we may redirect your donation to a closely related need. We’ll aim to notify you in such cases.
- Impact Updates: Periodic updates may be shared via email, SMS, or our website/social channels.
